Founding-placement applications

Founding applications may be submitted before the public battle. The current application form does not create a charge. If payments reopen, a completed purchase will reserve the advertised placement category, subject to content review and the Terms of Use.

Future battle-territory purchases

Once the public battle opens, purchases will generally be final after territory control is assigned. A later takeover by another participant is part of the advertised game and is not grounds for a refund.

Eligible cases

Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, a verified technical failure that prevents assignment, or content rejected before publication when a compliant replacement is not accepted. Rights required by applicable law are unaffected.

Founding sponsors

Self-service founding-placement purchases are generally final once approved and assigned. If submitted content is rejected and no compliant replacement is provided or accepted, the project will issue a refund. Custom packages are controlled by their written sponsor agreement.
