1. Prelaunch status

The public territory battle and countdown have not started. Founding applications are currently nonbinding and do not reserve territory, create a sponsorship or require payment. Checkout will open only after the payment path is verified.

2. Commercial project

Last Page Project is a commercial internet experiment. It is not a charity, donation campaign, investment, security, lottery or raffle. Participation will not provide equity, profit sharing, tax deductibility or a financial return.

3. Purchases and future battle rules

Founding placements sold during presale are fixed, non-contestable placements outside the future battle grid and remain subject to moderation. Placement size and location are assigned by the project within the purchased category. Before battle sales open, final prices, dimensions, takeover rules and timing will be displayed. Battle-territory control may be temporary and may be taken over under those rules. Custom sponsor packages are handled separately in writing.

4. Content rights

Participants must own or have permission to use anything they submit. They grant the project a nonexclusive, worldwide license to display, resize, archive and promote approved territory content in connection with the project.

5. No guaranteed results

Placement does not guarantee views, clicks, press coverage, sales, audience growth or any other result. The project may be delayed, revised or cancelled before the public battle opens.

6. Enforcement

Content may be rejected or removed under the Moderation Rules. Attempts to interfere with payments, pricing, territory ownership, security or availability are prohibited.
